ボッシュの新しい本社ビルであるFUSIONプロジェクトの企画、段取り、立上げに携わって頂きます。
2024年4月の竣工後は社屋内の機械設備システムの運用と管理業務を担って頂きます。当社のオフィスと研究開発棟は、横浜市都筑区のセンター北駅の近くに立地しており、約5万 m2のモダンな建物には研究開発のための精巧な実験設備を含む、まざまな最先端の機械システムを備えています。
当社のリアルエステートコミュニティの一員として、日本および世界各国にいる同僚と建物、システム設計、プロジェクトチームなどで協力して業務を行っていただきます。
仕事の詳細:
・建物設備ユーティリティ供給システムの計画、実装、管理 ― HVAC、暖房設備、冷却水設備、給排水設備、排気設備、ポンプ設備、衛生設備、圧縮空気設備、防災設備、試験施設へのユーティリティ供給を含みます。
・建物機械設備の運用 - 省エネ、高効率稼働、メンテナンス、法定点検などの最適な管理業務
・関連する業務についてビル管理会社との調整業務
・メインシステムのデータ、レポート、手配、原価管理、見積などの定例業務
・リアルエステートコミュニティのボッシュ社員と高頻度の情報交換
Bosch is a world wide operating technology company with more than 400.000 employees. For our Global Real Estate Team we are looking for a Mechanical- / Supply Engineer – located in Yokohama City.
You will participate in the planning, set-up and commissioning of our brand new Bosch headquarter for Japan – called FUSION project.
After the final commissioning – planned for 04-2024 – you will be in charge of the supervision of all mechanical systems and its operation.
Our office and R&D building is located near the Tsuzuki Ward Center-Kita Station in Yokohama City. With some 50.000 m2 this modern building offers a wide range of state of the art mechanical systems – including some sophisticated labs for R&D.
As a member of our worldwide Real Estate Community you will cooperate with related colleagues – in Japan and other countries – including our building- and systems design and project team.
Job details:
・Planning, realization and supervision of mechanical supply systems:
e.g. HVAC, heating-systems, chilled water systems, city water systems, exhaust systems, pump systems, sanitary systems, compressed air systems, fire fighting systems, ..., incl. media supply connections to R&D facilities according to user requirements.
・Operational responsibility for the mechanical systems – such as supervision of proper, save and energy efficient operation, maintenance and legally required inspection.
・Coordination of related tasks – together with building management company.
・Regular review of main system data, reports, invoices, cost control, quotations etc.
・Frequent exchange with Bosch colleagues from Real Estate Community.
資格【必須要件】
・機械エンジニア / ユーティリティ供給エンジニア、大学の学士号
・HVAC、チラー設備、スプリンクラー、給排水設備、暖房設備などを含む大規模なオフィスビルでの建物機械設備のシステムに精通している方。
・関連する設備の操作、検査、保守における3年以上の経験
・研究開発棟での勤務経験があるのはより望ましいです。
・コミュニケーションスキルがあり協調性のある方。
・使用言語:日本語、 英語(最低限の基礎知識 があり意欲のある方)
[Required requirements]
・Mechanical engineer / supply engineer, University bachelor degree
・Familiar with mechanical systems for large office buildings – incl. HVAC, Chiller, sprinkler, city water, heating systems etc.
・Minimum 3 years experience in operation, inspection and maintenance of related mechanical systems
・Experience in R&D environment welcomed.
・Teamplayer with good communication skills.
・Language: Japanese, English (minimum basic knowledge – with willingness to improve)
